5.3.4 Step 3

If the DSP has been notified that some of the data sent in a CatalogTransferMessage is insufficient for the relinquishing record company to identify the release that is to be transferred, it may send an update CatalogTransferMessage. This update CatalogTransferMessage shall have the same CatalogTransferID as in the original CatalogTransferMessage and shall have the IsUpdated flag set to true for all updated releases. This is depicted as step (3b) in Figure 2.

Details of the data to be provided in the CatalogTransferMessage are defined in Clause 6.2. Alternatively, the DSP may start a new catalogue transfer process for the releases that could not be identified.
